LWOP Franklin Hearing Petition

ATTENTION FRIENDS/FAMILY OF PEOPLE SERVING LWOP IN CALIFORNIA!

 

If your loved one was between the ages of 18 and 25 at the time of their commitment offense, there is a new petition for Franklin and LWOP Parole Hearings that may be of interest to you. The petition was drafted by volunteer attorneys working with the California Health Care Facility LWOP Group, and was designed to aid in the effort to bring about awareness and change regarding the glaring equal protection violations affecting this group of people.

 

Copies of the template petition have been sent to the senior librarians at each California institution with permission to copy and distribute upon request.
